Villas Del Mar is nearly an ocean front complex. (It is back from the ocean only a few hundred feet.) If you choose to spend time on the beach, it is only a very short walk with no busy streets to cross. What makes this unit different from the others we have listed is, it is closer to the pool (but not too close) and has a nicer, open patio, that fronts on the green belt. All the units are the same size (for the most part) but this one is being sold furnished. It includes mini split air conditioners on the ground floor and wall air conditioners in the bedrooms.

It has the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, half bath, and patio as well as a utility patio on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, and one bath. There is off-street parking in front of the home, plus plenty of parking in the street. The complex is very clean and the green belt, pool and BBQ area are well maintained. Homeowners Association fees are only $500 pesos per month and include gardening of the common areas, pool maintenance and 24-hour guarded gate.
